Francesca Robson

Artist

Francesca Robson is a freelance Facilitator / Director currently based in Coventry. Francesca is incredibly passionate about participatory arts and how we can actively work towards involving communities who are often left unheard. Some of her previous work has seen her collaborate with Pilot Theatre, Centre for Cultural Value, Arts and Homelessness International and The Royal Shakespeare Company. Francesca's practice heavily involves movement and music as a form of expression. She is always inspired by the freedom that using movement creates and how organic the result can be. Many of her projects have focused on working with talented local homeless community in Coventry and she regularly runs workshops with Underground Lights Community Theatre, a charity very close to her heart that creates theatre with people who have experienced homelessness. Frankie's main aim is to take art to communities, instead of expecting communities to find our art, that they are at the centre during the process and its outcomes!
